Darrell joined the Plumas County Fire Safe Council in August 2023, bringing with him a diverse background and deep connection to Plumas County. Darrell has been a Plumas County resident since 1992, giving him intimate familiarity as well as dedication to the wellbeing of its people and places.
Having previously spent a decade honing his skills as a professional cook, Darrell's journey led him to varied roles including managing the Plumas Pines Resort Marina, contributing to the operations at Phos-Chek in Chester Air Base, and acting as a Sawyer at J&C Lumber in Crescent Mills. 
Beyond his professional endeavors, Darrell finds solace and joy in exploring the forest, cultivating his garden, and sharing cherished moments with his loving wife and two daughters. His vibrant social circle of friends also occupies a special place in his life.
