We regularly solicit bids for projects including:

  • Defensible Space

Public Notice: Request for Proposals

Project: Collaborative Dyer WUI Fuels Phase II and East Shore Shaded Fuel Break - Phase I Mastication 

Plumas County Fire Safe Council and Lassen Fire Safe Council, Inc. are seeking proposals from qualified mastication operators to implement mastication treatments to reduce hazardous wildfire fuels in the Lake Almanor/ Westwood area. The project covers approximately 1,400 acres of private timberlands between Canyon Dam and Westwood in Plumas and Lassen Counties. 

A contractor tour is scheduled for 6/12/2026.
